ALCATEL OTE DB : This was the third phone i had. more like a cordless handet we use at home.. a  Brick. i had the one that was in yellow. the best part of this phone was it was able to pick even the lowest signal to give the best reception. not a user friedly one compared to ma second phone NOKIA 5110.
smaller display.   There was a rumour regarding the phone that it was later banned in some countries due to high radiations emmited from it. No sources. I atill rember people reaching out shops asking for these alcatel models as these provided the best reception and coverage.. among the other phones.
